ambigram (noun): A typographical design or artform that may be read as one or more words, not only as presented, but also from another viewpoint, direction or orientation.
The tricky bit here was making the second n a success; on it’s own the glyph might not have been good enough, but given it is paired with the much more readable first n, there’s enough context to make it work.
