ambigram (noun): A typographical design or artform that may be read as one or more words, not only as presented, but also from another viewpoint, direction or orientation.
This is another patchwork ambigram (like both the ambigrams in the Becca & Dave design, and also Maureen), which I recall was a fairly straightforward design to come up with. After all, A, G and E are all fairly malleable letterforms (note that there are two different As).
As with all the designs, the trick is to create consistent set of glyphs that have a commonality of typographic form — and both the N and L (the two letters that only need to read in one orientation) have been duly embellished.
